My experience with this dealership surpasses that of any other dealer I have ever dealt with. Derek is phenomenal! I am eligible for discounts with Ford and yet this man was able to turn my head and get me other dealer I have ever dealt with. Derek is phenomenal! We went to look at the newer modle Jeep Compass because we wanted to get an idea of what we wanted to buy. I actually started looking at a 2011 used model with a little over 25,000km on it. When we were we wanted to get an idea of what we wanted to buy. I actually started looking at a 2011 used model with a little over 25,000km on it. When we were there we were greeted by Wes, and he was an extremely friendly and NON pushy salesman. I explained to Wes that I was more curious at the body styling of the newer models but I was leaning towards a year or two older model. After going over and looking at the 2012 models they had on the lot I asked Wes for curiosity if he could put some numbers together for a brand new Jeep. With the incentives that Wendell Motors had to offer along with the great service that Wes was able to do for us we decided to go with the 2012 Jeep Compass North Edition. It actually turned out to be a few bucks cheaper over monthly payments to get a new Compass rather than a year old modle. This was due to the GREAT financing and dealer inncentives for the models they had on their lot. I currently own a Chrysler 300 and the Jeep Compass was actually purchased for my girlfriend. She and I are extremly happy with the service we got from both Wes and Wendell Motors on our first brand new vehicle purchase. The Jeep is exactly what we were looking for and we cannot possibley be happier with how it drives and especially how nice it looks in our driveway. We would like to thank Wes, and Wendell Motors for our GREAT experience!!! More

I don't even think she new what a cylinder wAs! I was seriously considering purchasing from your company but with the lack of knowledge on your own products from your sales staff made me decide to go elsewhere!! This experience was not only a waste of my time but an embarrassment for your employee, having to lie and stammer over answers that she not only didn't know but seemed to have no clue as to what I was referring. I will also b notifying friends and family to avoid your establishment due to this dreadful and frustrating encounter! I hope she will be educated better in the future so other people that have any sort of automobile knowledge do not have to deal with these inadequacies. Thank you for your time, despite my bad reveiw, I do hope I may return @ a time when certain staff are more competent. I don't want the girl to feel to bad, because despite her ignorance she seemed to be a pleasant individual. When I walked into Wendell's Wes regognized me right away!!! stopped in his tracks to speak with me, he remebered where I lived and my first and last name. Wes has always made the buying experience a great one. I recently purchased another Vehicle from Wendell Motors with Wes's help.
