We never dealt before with a Dodge Chrysler dealer but they happened to have the type of vehicle our family was looking for. I bought a 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan from Wendell dealership. I contacted the dealership through e-mail to get some prices and some options and I was immediatelly and very professioanally contacted, dealership. The person who contacted me was Carlo Renon and, in the end, 2 weeks from that moment, he was the person who handed me the keys. Carlo was extremely usefull and polite, he understood my needs and responded promptlly with the best option of a car. It was exactly the car I had in my mind. He helped me futher with understanding the financial options I had - as it was the 1st time I bought a new car, hepled me with the final sale, prepared my car for the delivery and handed me the key at the fixed delivery key. My experience with Carlo was not only professional, but he also gained my trust, and thus, my agreement to buy the car, through being very opened, friendly and polite. I'm sure that in the future Wendell dealership and Carlo will help me deal with any problems I might have with the car, and I know that for a fact looking at my execelent experience I had with them while buying the car. Found this dealership not willing to work with me. Would not do what I ask, ie. give me a copy of the proposed figures for me to review. With our car dieing a quick death, Wes stepped in to rescue the day by offering to give us a car to drive while we waited for our new Chry 200 to arrive. This was a real blessing to us as my wife would be with out a job with no car to drive. It was way beyond what we expected and there were no restrictions put on us, we used it for three days as if it were our own. We extremely appreciated the professionalism of all who we dealt with at the dealership and were very impressed that they were able to intercept a car for us and deliver it within a few days. The price was fantastic, the color was perfect, the options were more than we expected and the way we were treated was extremley encouraging. Highly recommend this dealership. I have been an auto machinest for 30 years & this was the best treatment we have ever had. I would recommend this car, well built,dependable, great engineering.The 2012 Journey that Wes gave us to drive while we waited for the 200 was a great vehicle as well.
