The service at Wendell Motors was great, they dealt with my husband and myself and were very pleasant and patient. We made multiple visits before I made my decision on purchasing a new van. We dealt with Dave, and while waiting for him to finish up with another customer, other staff were very helpful in showing us our options and answering any questions. I definitely got the feeling that they work as a team. On an earlier visit a different salesperson tried to dissuade her from buying a Jeep and kept trying to push a vehicle she thought would suit my wife more. Maybe that salesperson was trying to meet some quota?? This just irritated my wife and she walked away. When we went back together we were lucky to meet Derek. Derek was very knowledgable and friendly. At no time did I feel any high pressure sales tactics. Derek gave us space to look around. He even took our children inside and let them sit in the showroom cars while my wife and I discussed our options. When we weren't sure we were ready to buy, Derek didn't force the issue. He answered all of our questions and concerns. He listened to what we wanted, pointed out some of the less desireable features of a Jeep (bumpy ride, noise) that we may not have thought about, provided a vehicle for a test drive and suggested a route to drive where we could experience what he had mentioned. When we were sure we wanted the Jeep, he and Steve worked the price and options to come up with something that met exactly what we were looking for. I would highly recommend Derek at Wendell Motors to all of my family and friends. More

This is the second time in two years that I dealt with Peter. He is very knowledgeable, friendly and answered all my questions. I had been looking at purchasing a new truck and I did my homework on the Ford, Chevy, GMC, Nissan and Toyota. I was on my third new Ford F150 in 7 years and was very happy with them and never had any issues homework on the Ford, Chevy, GMC, Nissan and Toyota. I was on my third new Ford F150 in 7 years and was very happy with them and never had any issues.So based on past experience, looks, and price I had decided on another Ford until I was told by a friend to go see Wes Grosz at Wendall Motors and check out the new 2013 Dodge Ram. I had never even considered Dodge at all until Wes showed me the new Ram Sport. The interior and ride the Sport offered beat out all other brands hands down. I'm a salesman and spend a lot of time in my truck and drive 45000 plus km's a year so the interior and ride was killer to me. The Ram Sport also came with many standard features that were options on the Ford FX4. I was extremely impressed on how Wes did not come across as pushy or bash the other truck brands or even the other dealers; he just let the truck sell itself. So after totally convinced my decision was going to be the Ram Sport we needed to discuss price, warranty, availability, and warranty. With Wes knowing I had done my homework and was a Ford guy he cut right to the chase. He offered rebates and purchase options that no other dealer had even mentioned. Wendalls even gave me a fair trade in value on my Ford. Lisa Moore made the financing a breeze and found me a better interest rate than my own personal bank where I have family members work. Wes went out of his way as he replied to emails after hours. He made purchasing my new truck a real pleasure and I feel that I received a great deal. I highly recommended checking out Wendalls and their staff when shopping for your next new or used vehicle. More

They are knowledgeable, all my questions were answered and the answers were thorough. They gave me a nice red bow. No high pressure sales which is good. They gave us space and let us look around. Problem #1 - overcharge price Not as advertised in print. I received from Chrisler a maintenance booklet with a coupon advertising Peace of Mind service pkg for $69.95 and I was charged $10 more even after I mentioned it a few times. That bother me because it is advertised one way and yet they charged different. That is false advertisement. It is a very small $ amount but it means a lot if they do not abide by the 'written advertised word'. Problem #2 I purchased tires from Wendell, yet as I had been shopping around asking and obtained 4 different quotes from 4 different supliers: OK tire, Campbell tires, Goodwrench service and another tire place in K-W area all these other places had a cheaper comparable tire product but, I decided to go ahead with Wendell because of this Chrysler booklet special sale of Buy 4 tires and pay for 3 tires as this was the only way their price compared to the other 3 places I obtained quotes from. All other places gave me a 4 pkg tire price all included, installation, balance and taxes. Wendell only priced the tires and I did not realize until I am paying the bill and I am being added $80 extra for Installation and balance which was not discussed before I agree to have the tires installed. I guess stupid from the customer for thinking tires are price same way in all places when you are asking for tire package. That was not a good feel. That is why I say prices ouch!! More
