i recieved a quote from the parts dept for a new key fob however they failed to mention the extra "install" fee? I would expect when spending over $200 dollars for a key ordered specifically for my veh with however they failed to mention the extra "install" fee? I was shocked to find i needed to have the vehicle taen into service for the process and was charged labour, In addition it took almost an hour to get a new key for my vehicle. We went to Wendell because we had received an invitation in the mail for some promotion. My husband and I were not planning on buying a new (used) car, but we thought we would go for fun. when we go there in the mail for some promotion. She was very friendly and helpful. She was able to work out a price that was going to cost us less than what we were paying for our 2006 Jeep Grande Cherokee. This was great news for us! Buying the Journey also came with a few free oil changes and a couple 1/2 off oil changes. Cynthia made the buying process very easy and fast. She was easy to get along with and very knowledgable. Based on reviews on THIS site we found Wes Grosz and we were not disappointed. He was exceptional from the moment we met him, right up to the follow-up call several hours after we left the lot to make sure we were happy with our vehicle's first drive. He was patient, answered every question as if it were our first, and we didn't feel "sales pressure" at any point. He even called us the morning after our first visit to the lot to advise us that the cost of the vehicle had dropped because of some new incentives from the manufacturer! The entire sales process was straight forward even with a trade-in. My spouse even said on the way home "wow, that was way easier than I thought it was going to be". The exceptional rating this dealership has is accurate, in our opinion. While we didn't deal with any others in detail, everyone we met was extremely friendly. I read a review here a while ago that said something like "I even questioned if I was at a car dealership"...100% accurate statement - these guys have redefined the process of buying a car to what it should be.
