After test driving a few different makes and models (Ford, GM, Chrysler) I found that the Chrysler 200 was the best bang for my bucks. Its a lot of car for the amount of money I wanted to spend. Dave was very accommodating as my wife and I showed up, as the dealership was closing for the day. Dave still took the time to discuss the different models both new and used and brought us into the showroo as the dealership was closing for the day. I went back and test drove the Dodge Dart on the Monday with Dave. We also went to other local dealerships for comparisons and found Wendell's pricing to be very competitive. We again showed up late on Saturday with our son, after shopping and test driving vehicles all day. Dave, again met us with a smile and allowed us to take another car for our last test drive of the day, as we purchased the Dodge Avenger from the lot, that night!!! Dave was friendly and professional in his manner. We felt no sales pressure, which allowed us to make our final decision independently. I picked up the car on Tuesday, wow!!!!! Love our new ride!! After having tried to purchase from a couple other dealers closer to home without success or satisfaction in service, I tried Wendell's as they are close to where I work. I was promptly greeted by Peter who was very friendly without being overbearing. I explained to him my situation with regards to waiting on an insurance settlement. Over the next week Peter was in contact over the next 2 weeks without being pushy, offering assistance if I needed it. I appreciated the follow up after my experiences elsewhere. Peter worked out some numbers for me comparing new to slightly used. It worked out that for very little extra and a better interest rate I was able to purchase a new 2013 Jeep, my first NEW vehicle purchase. At no point did I ever feel pressured, cheated or lied to. Everybody I dealt with during the transaction was great. Peter was a big help in this purchase and overall I would highly recommend Wendell Motors. More

Wendell Motors Service department should be avoided. As soon as there is a problem, customer service is nonexistent nothing but delay and deny. About a week and a half after getting an oil change, I found soon as there is a problem, customer service is nonexistent nothing but delay and deny. About a week and a half after getting an oil change, I found out my Engine Cover was missing since my last visit. After contacting Mike the first time, I was advised me they would look in to it. I reached out 2 weeks later again, also mentioned they would ask the tech that worked on my vehicle. I must have called about 4 times till I had come in once again to the service department to have some other warranty work; I was told to call the Chrysler Customer relations line because they wouldn't replace it.... So I called and I got a case number but I was told I'd have to settle this with the owner of the dealership because it’s privately. Mr. Hendry just stated because of the timing he his opinion was that they didn't lose my part. I myself work in Customer Service/Customer support, when a problem arises this is when customer service comes in to play, and Wendell’s customer service is non-existent. Go get your vehicle serviced elsewhere these folks seem friendly but don't really care about their customers...After 4 hours of waiting for an oil change that should take 30 mins and returning my vehicle with missing parts? Do I really have to check for missing parts after getting serviced? I'm truly frustrated! One possitive came out of this, I now perform all the basic maintenance on my own vehicle because I really can't trust these Service departments anymore. More
