My husband and I had our second child 6 months ago and had been finding that our current vehicles were now too small for our family, especially considering we take long trips to visit family on a regular had been finding that our current vehicles were now too small for our family, especially considering we take long trips to visit family on a regular basis. We were thinking of waiting until after Parental Leave to upgrade our vehicle, but when my husband started doing research we discovered that Dodge has great deals on right now. After visiting another dealership and leaving unsatisfied, my husband decided we should go check out Wendell's. We were greeted by Dave MacLennan, who answered our many questions and took the time to show us the features of the Grand Caravan that we were interested in. My husband had a long list of options he wanted (and did not want), and Dave was able to find us a 2014 Grand Caravan on their lot that met our needs. My husband was still hesitant however, and we actually spent a lot of time there that day going through the paperwork process and having our questions answered. Dave was very patient throughout the process, and even helped keep our 5 year old entertained when we were doing paperwork. When we went to pick up the Caravan, my husband (who likes to understand all the numbers) had more questions. For any that Dave couldn't answer for us, he directed us to Lisa Moore and Steve Richards. They were also very patient in answering all our questions and made sure we were satisfied before we left. Dave also did a good job going over all the features of our new Grand Caravan before we left that day. Thank you, guys! More

Our overall experience was excellent. Only complaint was our brand new van didn't come with a full tank of gas. Thought it was like the "wallet" rule. Don't give a wallet without money. Great service from start to finish,though there were some hick-ups along the way. Dereck was great, informative and charming . However, Dereck the sales magician, pitched his sale and the wife was sold (gentleman look out for Dereck :-) ). Overall experience was good. the team was great, from Greg the ( Manager ) to the staff, friendly atmosphere. Dereck and Greg were very prompt in responding to our questions. We would definitely recommend Mr.Dereck AKA 'DODGE' to anyone. Rating could have been perfect, but the experience with the financial rep. that failed to acknowledge that she had screwed up on her scheduling with me when I showed up for scheduled appointment with her was unprofessional. She opted to send a secretary to inform me that she was going to be busy for a while. The other issue was the discrepancy in pricing (internet pricing and lot pricing). There seemed to have been a different price on their website from the listed price on the vehicles on the lot. More

I needed a new car on short notice due to an accident. A friend of mine had just purchased a new van at Wendell's and recommended Carlo as a great person to deal with. She was so right. After checking the web site, I found a van I was interested in and called to book an appointment. The night before the appointment - Carlo called to let me know the vehicle had been sold but that he had another one in mind for me. I appreciated the fact that he called to let me know ahead of time, and was very impressed with his Customer Service, While at the appointment, another van caught my eye. Carlo immediately got the keys, showed me where the controls were and sent me off on my test drive. My previous car was also a Caravan, so it didn't take long for me to settle in and determine that this was my car. Greg and Carlo walked me through the negotiation and I was very satisfied with the end result. Jean assisted with the financing and explained the extended warranty, rustproofing and interior protection like the pro that she is! On pick up day, Carlo took the time to go over every control in the car....from the seat and window adjustment to the radio and the stow and go seats. I have never felt so confident driving a "new to me" car off the lot. On top of that, there was a bit of the side window panel that was sticking out from the car. Carlo brought out the Service Team, and they determined that since the car was still under the original warranty, they would contact Dodge and find out if it would still be covered...and it was!! I have bought 4 cars in my life - and have never been so pleased with a purchase as I am with this one. The selection was great - the staff friendly, helpful and dedicated to their Customers. I would recommend Carlo and Wendell Motors to anyone who is looking for a new vehicle. You can't go wrong when you are dealing with the best! More
