Even while I was working with Andrew, the finance guy, Mike was attentive to make sure I was happy and comfortable with everything. I never felt pressured to make a purchase or sign anything before fully understanding all the points of the contract. He made sure I knew all the main points of the car, the details, the perks. I left the lot completely satisfied and excited about the new purchase. On the day of pickup, Mike was completely friendly and helpful and made sure I knew everything there was to know about the car before I left with it.
