We had been comparing 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan's with another dealership and whenever I contacted Vanessa about the comparison of options was great. I contacted Wellington Motors because of a problem on the turbo that was replaced under warranty by Wellington Motors two years ago but is not under warranty any more. Phil was very receptive to my problem and proposed to make a diagnostic and based on the results will see what can be done. Following the diagnostic, which confirmed that the turbo had to be replaced, he contacted his Chrysler representative and came back with a agreement that Chrysler will pay for the replacement parts and I will pay for the labour part of the installation. Now if this is not customer service at its best ... I do not know what customet service is. More
