On September 12, 2013 I was travelling from London to Sudbury on business when I experienced car trouble (electronic dash became inoperable). I called the dealership from Highway 6 and the 401 and spoke with John Byrne. I explained my situation and he advised me to come to the dealership and they would try to sort out the issue. I was met by Mr. Byrne, who was very friendly, and he immediately took the car in to the shop. Within a half hour he was back out with the car explaining it was an onboard computer issue and that the service technician had rectified the problem. I was back on the 401 and on my way completely satisfied with my experience clearly due to the efforts of Mr. Byrne. Well done John, you are an excellent ambassador for Wellington Motors and you provide excellent customer service!! More

We are return customers to Wellington Motors and to Dom Pike. We bought a new 2006 Caravan from Dom it was our first ever brand new car. He is quick to advise if something is covered under warranty and suggests service I should look at having done and the reasons why. Lyndsay Kelly is very nice to deal with. He is helpful and can answer any questions I have. When I've required maintenance/service that is expensive, he takes the time to advise what is most urgent to have done if not competing all at once.
