My first new vehicle at 54 years old was a Ram 1500 Sport I'm 54 and never owed a brand new vehicle so this Ram 1500 in a Limited Ignition Orange was a very special treat for me. I had a couple issues ( one being a scratch in the drivers window) that Chrysler would not cover under warranty but after sitting down with the sales manager Dave Fozard, he agreed to take care of all my concerns from the dealership level.Thanks again Dave. I have to say a big thank you to my sales consultant Jeff Shackel who went above and beyond to address all my concerns and answer all my questions even on his own personal time when he wasn't on the clock. He is an asset to the dealership and we would highly recommend him to friends and family. It shows how much he cares about his clients.
