Make it Right! After one week ownership, I discovered a significant factory-defect in my new vehicle. Worried and dismayed, I immediately took it to Wellington Moto After one week ownership, I discovered a significant factory-defect in my new vehicle. Worried and dismayed, I immediately took it to Wellington Motors. From that moment on, I could relax. The staff took ownership of the issue..although the defect was something that originated at the manufacturers and they could not possibly have known about. Mike Fozard, the Sales Manager, arranged a rental and assured me that everything would be done to determine the cause and that the goal was to be sure I was fully satisfied and happy with my purchase. I received an e-mail from the Vice-president reassuring me that the team would work with me to resolve the issue. That was exactly what happened. I was kept informed as to the nature of the repair. When I decided that I would prefer to choose another vehicle rather than take back the repaired one, I was fully supported. Dennis Baker, the Sales Rep., was endlessly patient, answering questions and suggesting options. I was generously credited with every cent I had spent..including rust proofing and Weather Tech Floor mats. I am very happy with my new vehicle. Much praise to the Woods family for building a team that works so hard to make things right! More

I have purchased eight other vehicles before this one and I must say from the moment I made contact with Mike Sharpe, the salesperson through to the Manager, Dave Fozard and then Karen Fozard (on the business side) - this was the most relaxing and enjoyable vehicle purchase yet. Everything at Wellington Motors Ltd is top notch and very professional. I knew that I wanted a minivan but wanted to know what my options were for trim. Mike was excellent at taking me through all the options and informing me of all the dealer discounts that were available. All told, I honestly believe I got the best deal in the area and Mike and Dave get credit for working very hard to achieve that. Mike is very detailed and honest on what I could expect for a delivery date. When the van arrived it was prepared for delivery and was ready exactly at the time Mike said it would be. I have dealt with many different car salespeople from several different provinces and can say that Mike is the best I have ever dealt with! I am a very satisfied customer. More

Amazing Service Centre!!! I took my brand new Ram 1500 in with a broken tail light...fully expecting to pay for replacement. Much to my surprise, John at the service desk infor I took my brand new Ram 1500 in with a broken tail light...fully expecting to pay for replacement. Much to my surprise, John at the service desk informed me that he worked it out under warranty! He saved me a few hundred dollars and did so at the best possible time. I can't thank John and the Wellington Service team enough for their thorough and efficient service. Most of all though, I want to thank them for their generosity. I will happily deal with Wellington Motors Service Department for all of my vehicle needs in the future. Thanks! More

beyond reproach Keith Fowler noticed the small details. When I drove in I was not just a dollar sign on legs. He has his own story to tell but he established a commonality right away which made me a lot less apprehensive about buying a car. So people are good and some people reek of the soft sell Keith did not come of as trying to sell me anything. There was no tricks or language gimmicks that I noticed just a Vet selling something to another vet. He represented the dealership well in my humble opinion. The detailer did a substandard job preparing my vehicle but that is not reflective of Keith Fowler or the sales team. More
