Purchased a used fiat 500. In Jan 2017. Just one problem.... financed a use vehicle in Jan 2017 was told me second set of keys were being sent in and I would be called when they arrived from Just one problem.... financed a use vehicle in Jan 2017 was told me second set of keys were being sent in and I would be called when they arrived from rental company in which it was previously leased. About a month later I called and was told my vehicle wasn't sold with 2 sets of keys. (WHEN I PICKED UP CAR I WAS GIVING AN EXTRA KEY CHAIN FOR THE SECOND SET.) Any way I was then told that by my sales person that they would see if Wellington Motors would pay half and I would pay for half of a new key. That would be in March. I haven't heard anything from them since... I guess since I already have the car I don't matter. I was happy with my experience to begin with but now not so impressed. More

My first car purchase I bought a Jeep Wrangler off of Dave. He was so helpful, he himself owns a bunch of jeeps so he is definitely the go to "jeep guy". Customer service i I bought a Jeep Wrangler off of Dave. He was so helpful, he himself owns a bunch of jeeps so he is definitely the go to "jeep guy". Customer service is so personable, he offered his cell number to text at any time, which he always answers. He drove to my house ( out of town) to teach me how to take the hard top off and put the soft top on. I highly suggest this location and dealer if you are thinking of buying. Like I said, I'm from out of town and I drove out to see him, i suggest the same for others as it's worth it! Apart from the great customer service from the sales floor....I found finance to be kind of pushy and when I was not interested it was a rush to kick me out of the office since "there's only so many business hours in a day". More
