Also the last time we had a service done we needed a read wiper insert but they were out of stock, and they had one today which they included in the service for no charge and installed it. Now that's good service and business that keeps us coming back for both our vehicle purchases and service! The service department here does the warranty service work that is required without ever trying to upsell us things not needed, and suggests things when they do need doing like a rear brake job that I knew was due!
