Everyone I met there was courteous, knowledgeable and I never felt rushed or pushed to make a decision. The vehicle required a couple things to make it safe and road worthy and these issues were corrected in a timely matter and to my satisfaction. I live in another town an hour away. Within a couple days of my purchase there was a problem with the oil pressure gauge. Jay arranged for a local dealer in my town to correct this problem (at no cost to me) and I was extremely pleased with Jay to do this as it saved me from driving back to Welland. I know Welland Honda had to put out more money than anticipated to correct some things, which lowered their profit, but they stood by their word to correct the issues at their expense and I appreciate the level of customer service I received and am very happy with my "new to me" vehicle! All in all, a very satisfactory experience from start to finish and I would certainly recommend Jay Saldarelli personally, and Welland Honda, for the purchase of a new or used vehicle.
