I took my F-150 into to Wayne Pitman. $450 later....my truck still had original issue. Needed to take it to yet another dealer. I asked Wayne Pitman to refund my diagnostics only. I gladly pay for work that was done...but in fairness I shouldn't had to have paid twice for diagnostics. Sarah fully agreed and was quite nice. However...she was overridden by Andrew. The plaid jacket arrogant smile with his hand reaching into your pocket. Why do dealerships hire these uncaring kind of managers? It get old and frustrating. More
