Came in to have a rattle checked plus get an overpriced oil change. What I got was a refusal to check the rattle and an oil change so bad that it leaked all over my driveway. To make matters worse the service manager refused to respond to numerous requests from me. I wish the ratings started at zero because that better describes my experience. I'd never buy or service my vehicles at that place ever again! More

Not happy AT ALL. First visit for recall service writer attempted to sell me an alignment saying my brand new snow tires were exhibiting uneven wear. (alignment was checked elsewhere and was dead-nuts on spec) The repeat recall calls for replacement of a multi-fuse with a lower amperage one to prevent fire in case of a shorted HECU and the service tech and manager were UNAWARE the fuse was to be replaced on all vehicles affected by the recall and did not even have the fuse in stock. As a longtime former import dealer service manager THIS BLOWS MY MIND!!!!!! More

Anyone will be very lucky to work with her! We purchased a 2019 Kia Niro Hybrid and are loving the new car so much, it’s a great drive and really fuel efficient. There was a couple minor scratches on the car during delivery, but they were buffed out promptly and good as new within minutes! The finance manager Tyler and the sales manager Collin were also very informative and welcoming. This dealership truly has a wonderful team! More
