I really do not want to buy a new car as I really like my Volvo s60 but there are limits. Paolo sent me an email about error codes that was very helpful in trying to understand what is helpful in understanding what is happening to my car! Many thanks! As well, the management has given me generous discounts to help with the financing of this whole situation. I would like add that I have been called too soon (1-2) days after service to confirm satisfaction with the service. I have had an experience that soon after going for service (not the Lakeshore centre), I had the complete bottom plastic cover fall from the car. It was a couple of days before I took the car out. A passing cyclist as well as CAA helped me get out of this situation. As well I could not understand what the caller was saying. Her accent was absolutely not understandable to me. More

He was outstanding. I had an estimate and was called that I needed new brakes and given all the information needed to make me confident and to approve this necessary service. I accessed the shuttle to pick up a rental car and they had been given my information so the paperwork was easy. My car was ready early and washed and ready to go. I immediately felt and improvement in my cars performance. As always Lee Potter made himself available, checked in with me and made sure I was getting the best service possible! In my family fleet we have 3 XC90,s and an Audi S5 all luxury vehicles.In my opinion Volvo Toronto delivers the best quality service on luxury vehicles in Toronto even better than Audi. The reasons are simple..Paulo has great people skills and makes me feel both important and informed,I am kept apprised on the status of my vehicle,when it will be available for pickup etc.Further when I pick up my personal car in for service it arrives cleaner than when I brought it in which is not an easy feat to accomplish as I am a car guy and very fastidious. In conclusion the free loaner car is a nice touch as is the aforementioned washing of my personal vehicle prior to pickup.This quality of service starts with the service manager Lee Potter and successfully works its way down to Paulo.Well done Volvo Toronto. Matthew was able to get a quote for the body work required for my car, and he kept in touch with me through the process. He also arranged for my car to be delivered to the body shop, after service on my car was complete, so I didn't need to take my car from the dealership to the body shop. Much appreciated! More
