I am however, disappointed in what I would consider your "parts sales (battery) warranty". My 2012-XC 70 had a battery changed in 2014. I was surprised and disappointed when I was told at this service juncture that the battery had a dead cell and the warranty had expired in August of 2016. This make me question the "genuineness" of the parts and the quality of your diagnostic tests. More

Thanks to Martin and Edit for helping my family: 2018 XC90! My Wife and I had been looking for a car for sometime. We had 3 kids and need a perfect 3 rows SUV . I test drove Jaguar, Land Rover Discovery and My Wife and I had been looking for a car for sometime. We had 3 kids and need a perfect 3 rows SUV . I test drove Jaguar, Land Rover Discovery and Audi Q7 to name a few. Volvo XC90 just blew me away. Martin took his time to provide me a detailed review of the car. This young enthusiastic, and very very knowledgeable salesman Martin Sison prove to me in no time, that XC90 was the car for my family. He first took his time to know my family and myself very personally, which was a huge point to start. My car was supposed to be delivered in January 2018, but Martin Sison and Edit Omar were able to deliver me a perfect car in one week. NOW THAT IS CALLED A FANTASTIC SERVICE!!!! I feel like family at Volvo thanks to Martin and Edit ,both provided an unbelievable service. Thanks guys, you made my family dream car reality and I will be forever grateful.
