I’ve purchased many new cars over the years, and Metrowest Volvo is by far the worst I’ve dealt with. After sales follow up is non existent, and almost as bad as the totally false information the sa Metrowest Volvo is by far the worst I’ve dealt with. She described the Volvo App as a very capable tool, however 10 months after delivery of the vehicle, the App still doesn’t offer the functions she said were available. Upper management seems totally disinterested in assuring customer satisfaction. I DO NOT recommend this dealership! More
