Upon purchasing a Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) vehicle from Volvo Unionville, I was shocked to find warped and rusty brake rotors—a critical safety issue that should have been addressed prior to sale. Even more concerning was the dealership's lack of response when I contacted them about the problem within 10 days of purchase. Their failure to acknowledge or rectify the issue reflects a concerning disregard for customer safety. As a loyal Volvo customer, it's deeply disappointing to encounter such negligence from a dealership representing a brand synonymous with safety excellence. This experience serves as a stark reminder that not all dealerships uphold Volvo's values and standards. In light of this, I urge potential buyers to exercise caution when considering a purchase from Volvo Unionville.
