We bought XC60 T6 with help from Andrew. He was great from the get go and helping myself and my spouse with the various options/colours. He does not hid away from answering un-comfortable question about legacy display of Volvo and how to overcome it as well. I normally shy away from reviewing right after purchase to avoid recency bias. Having worked with Andrew again recently (several months after the initial purchase), we find his approach continuous to be professional and engaging, beyond trying "to-sell" mindset and truly caring about find the right solution for us with all interactions with Volvo of Unionville.
