Purchasing there was a pleasant experience. Serving there has been a nightmare. 4 times I have been back. 1st time even after making an appointment and indicating I need a ride they had no one Serving there has been a nightmare. 4 times I have been back. 1st time even after making an appointment and indicating I need a ride they had no one to drive me nor a vehicle for me to use. Waiting almost 3 hours for the results of the scan and then told part not in stock. 2nd visit was to have the part installed and again no one to drive me, called an Uber. 3rd visit was scheduled maintenance 1. booked an appointment and told them I would be waiting as I need my car to work. took almost an hour before the car was brought in past its scheduled time. Over all time was almost 3 hours for basically and oil change. 4th visit most recent booked an appointment and stated I needed a ride. Car taken in before appointment and ride was given after only having t wait 25 minutes. 2 hours later the car was ready. Not great but almost acceptable for a scan to find issue that caused check engine light. Told then that the driver was not available to pick me up right now but would get a call when they were. 1 hour and 40 minutes later told the driver was still busy but could get me in over an hour if I wanted to wait. Not my idea of service. Need to find another dealership since I paid for 6 services and an extended warranty. More
Recently purchased a Preowned XC40 T5 R Drive happy with the SUV . However the service is BRUTAL|... Its like they don't care once they get your money. Been there 3 time all 3 have been very dissatisfying, the SUV . However the service is BRUTAL|... Its like they don't care once they get your money. Been there 3 time all 3 have been very dissatisfying, returning messages takes days , The Service Mgr has no people skills what so ever turns things around insinuating your at fault meaning its at your cost. Just cant believe it. After spending A huge chunk of change . I got the Sales Manager involved to helped resolve my issues. Big Thanks to Liam. When I purchased this vehicle it still had 2 years left of the original warranty. However I purchased extend warranty costing 5K . right now I am seriously considering a refund on my Extended Warranty and moving to Erin Mills Volvo dealership hoping they live up to the Volvo's Customer Service Statement posted on the web ? In closing the service manager and staff need to understand Loyalty is built on return service and maintence , if clients don't return sales will decline . More

From the start, Carly Carreiro has provided exceptional service, is always kind, and attentive, and answers my questions. I always ask to speak with her and she never disappoints, she makes you feel special. I highly recommend speaking to her. More
Terrible Technician Matt Fenney tried cheating me, saying your car has an after market tow hitch installed, that is causing 12 battery charging fault! Seriously ??? i asked them to disconnect it and clear your car has an after market tow hitch installed, that is causing 12 battery charging fault! Seriously ??? i asked them to disconnect it and clear the code to re check and he came up saying its 4 hours job, will cost you $700+ tax. called general manager Liam O'Connor and complained, he goes let me look in to it, and nothing he did so far. Took my car to regular garage and got it fixed.. stay away from these cheats at every cost. not recommended at all. More
Horrible service, purchased a Volvo xc90 and the brakes have given me trouble since the first month of purchase. Tried to get it diagnosed and they have not been able to figure out what the problem is. The have given me trouble since the first month of purchase. Tried to get it diagnosed and they have not been able to figure out what the problem is. They replaced the rotors 3x but that did absolutely nothing and now they are saying that whatever the problem may be it is not covered under warranty and we will have to pay out of our pocket, even though this problem was happening from the beginning. Would not reccomend to purchase a Volvo xc90 due to bad brakes and lack of knowledge at the dealership. More

Great Service I had a freak incident on my 2011 XC90 where it required a new horn. Both Volvo of Canada and this particular dealership handled it extremely well. I had multiple awful experiences at Volvo of Oakville, but the experience here was night and day. I'll be coming back here for routine maintenance and repairs. More
