Good afternoon, I really wished that this didn’t happen to your parents’ vehicle as timing seemed to you and them very closely related to what you might think should have been our responsibility. May I suggest you to calm down and inquire with another dealer or two and ask, in their professional opinion, if it were them and if they would have been able to foresee the breakage of their springs given the the full reference of what truly transpired? We did not miss out and there is no way of knowing if the springs were on their way out, nor are there manufacturer’s recommendations to replace springs at certain age and mileage. We would much appreciate if you are able to spend some time and research first before making your final judgement on this matter

Hello Ms. Carolyne, we are wondering if you had the chance to consult with another car dealership to seek their professional opinion or not because your negative Google review and publishing of our invoice online is not the correct way of seeking resolution. If you are looking for a discount, which your parents could have simply asked for with us at the time of repair instead of refusing to pay at all. They were yelling and screaming at our service advisor and service manager demanding that we cover the cost in full because we should be held responsible. At one point they even said that we broke the spring on their last service. In any case, we are not the unreasonable one here. If you are willing to discuss by telephone or by email to seek a resolution then we most welcome you to, instead of using social media for this only reflects negatively on the one that is truly unreasonable and illogical. Please respond by Friday the 8th of May before we post a public reply in response.

Again your parents declined to pay for the repair and they weren't open for a discussion of price, it was all or nothing for them as their tone and action were far from friendly or quiet. We are always willing to work with our customers on pricing especially during unprecedented times like now. If they discussed with us logically and within reasons at the time of the visit, we would have surely worked with them on the pricing. I've, sent you a private message, suggested for you to get a second or third opinion from another dealership just so that you understand that we have no way of knowing when the springs would break as we did not see any signs of fatigue on their last visit. I've also invited you to discuss with us for a resolution as we fully understand your frustration on the timing of the unfortunate incident but have not heard back from you on either. Our doors are open and we still welcome you to take up on our offer to discuss on how we may continue our relationship amicably.
