Well i tried making this peaceful until being treated unfare my whole experience at Birchwood was horrible i have been a very loyal customer to Birchwood i have purchased 6 brand new vehicles since 2013 unfare my whole experience at Birchwood was horrible i have been a very loyal customer to Birchwood i have purchased 6 brand new vehicles since 2013 and this last experience at Birchwood Volkswagen was a bad one and the staff was very unprofessional this all started on market place where Sheral Arora (saleslady) posted an add to a new jetta I called her then come down we negotiated for couple hours in person then couple hours on text I then put my offer in as I was being straight up on what I can spend so we do not waste eachothers time she then went to BriAnne Anderson (sales manager) she come back and said they cannot do my offer sheral begged me to pay more i said sorry I do not have more she then rudely asked me to borrow money off somene then she asked me to borrow the difference off my daughter, I said I cannot do that she said if I come up with $500 more she would give me 3 free oil changes and pay me $250 after the deal was done i said ok so they wrote up the agreement BriAnne said I have till morning to leave a deposit so I called when they opened up and gave BriAnne Anderson my credit card info she then called back one hour later backing out of the deal wanting $1500 more and then said sorry and then hung up tge phone,I then texted Sheral saying this is bad business that I will be leaving a review and try contacting the owner to Birchwood, nomore that 20 min later BriAnne called back saying don't leave a review that we will honor the deal we allready made, then when i went down to pick up the car I was pulled aside by Sheral she said please do not tell anyone about the $250 she offered me,then when she asked for my email to etranfer she said I cant belive I'm going to take the $250 I am like yaaa that was the deal now I called service and they said there is nothing on file for the oil changes so I called BriAnne she said ok she will fix that now I call 2 weeks later still no oil changes now service talked to BriAnne about this she said she would reach out to me still never herd back from her so now thought I would talk to the general manager Ross Roteliuk left a message still no call back so called service they talked to Ross Roteliuk he said he would call me after a meeting still no call back I tried calling him again still ignoring me I do not even want to service my car there I just want what's owed to me and would like the cash value of the oil changes so I could go elsewhere...I DO NOT RECOMMEND BIRCHWOOD VOLKSWAGON More

I recently visited this dealership to look at a Jetta and spoke with Sharal. The whole process took over 2 hours, and I felt extremely pressured throughout. I told her I needed some time to think and would c spoke with Sharal. The whole process took over 2 hours, and I felt extremely pressured throughout. I told her I needed some time to think and would confirm the next day, but she wouldn’t let me leave without reserving the car. She insisted it was the last one and pushed me to pay a reservation fee, assuring me it was refundable. Even though I said I would pay the next day after speaking to the finance manager, she kept insisting I pay immediately. Eventually, I reserved the car under pressure. Later, I found a better deal elsewhere and informed them I wouldn’t proceed — now they refuse to return the reservation fee. Sharal came off as desperate to make a sale, and when I asked about the refund, she casually said, “We sell 100 cars a month,” like my business didn’t matter. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing experience. Be cautious before you hand over any money. More
They put on a friendly front, but there's zero honesty here. I'm no mechanic, yet I managed to fix something they claimed they couldn't. With my experience was not good because I bought car from them has the safety, but after 1 week car has problems I want back to them they told me I have to change all the stuff in the break and I changed but them has the safety, but after 1 week car has problems I want back to them they told me I have to change all the stuff in the break and I changed but the car still has problem.I tried to call the service department, but every time they told me nothing wrong with it. I want to another mechanic just for diagnosis , and the found a lot of problems in the brake. More
