I've recently bought a new SUV from Cowell and have had constant issues with it. I have taken it to their shop several times and they cant fix it. They have offered no solution to the issues and all t had constant issues with it. I have taken it to their shop several times and they cant fix it. I will never ever buy a VW again from this guys as once they sell a car they do not care about the customer. More

After experiencing some poor quality work and the run around at two competing dealers, it was refreshing to deal with Cowell VW (at the Richmond Auto Mall).
