Call in to this WV Dealership for a Check engine Light issue Today Dec 16 I was Told a 2 hr needed for a Diagnostic report on my car so I give them my permission to go ahead.after 2 hr they couldn't find issue Today Dec 16 I was Told a 2 hr needed for a Diagnostic report on my car so I give them my permission to go ahead.after 2 hr they couldn't find the problem so again they needed more time. Next in line Timing chain cover need check? Again permission granted ..4 Days later the service technician call me breaking the news you need a new engine!! I was dreading something was not right.they quoted me $8000. I Cave in. The Next Day my wife and i arrived at the dealership and was escort straight to the cashier to pay for the outstanding balance for the 4 days for checking my check engine light issue not for once the service technician sit down with me and discuss the diagnostic report the problem i had with my car i was immediately shown my outstanding bill that came to Over $1000. I paid it of course But the End Result was Nothing has been FIX My Check Engine light issue Still on and iam $1000 out of my pocket normally after a service your car would provided a complimentary clean inside and out but my was left unattended.. I left that dealership thinking to myself did that just happen shaking my head in disbelief!! That was a bad experience for me periods...Vw Can't Fix Vw Cars they have my Car for 4 Days and can't Fix it .. Finally would I recommend this to my friend? What do you think? We liked the vehicle and were interested in negotiating a deal on the car. Sat down with the salesman and the "Manager" The manager asked us how we were going to pay for the car and we advised them we were going to pay cash. He told us we could not pay cash for the car and the only way we could purchase the car was to finance through the dealership at 8.5%!!! We couldn't even buy the car at sticker price with cash or through my own financing! No where in the add did it say "Financing only" This seems like false advertising! Felt like a sketchy used car dealership! I'd avoid this dealership. More

Be very wary of The salesteam at this dealership. Alfred Chan, Billy Li and Gavin make up mechanical conditions. They DO NOT consult with a qualified mechanic to diagnose a car. This scam is done to low ball the price of your vehicle you bring in to sell. They told me I had ENGINE FAILURE because of a fluctuation in the RPM. Alfred and Gavin said my car is unsafe and dangerous to drive. Its a "ticking timebomb" I told the Sales Manager Wei Guo that Audi investigates engine failures of their vehicles. It's a comprehensive testing they are serious about. So they changed my Audis diagnosis to Drive Train issues due to idling fluctuation. You can't make this stuff up! They literally fabricate, manipulate, scare you, mislead to make more profit. It's fraud and its illegal but they still do it. Billy Li the general manager never saw my Audi and dreamed up the Drive Train scam. Non of the Sales personnel have any mechanical background. This was confirmed by the Sales Manager. Don't do business with this dealership. They owe me $9,000 and refuse to pay. More

Then the sales manager came in and told me that they have made a mistake. They changed the sale price by $800. So I just walk out and crossed the street and bought a Honda civic. My second experience with them was in September 2021. Again, everything was perfect until the sales manager comes in. They showed me the 'invoice' price and didn't offer me any price even though they told me that they would give me a big discount on the 2021 Tiguan Highline R-line. I told them I got a good deal from another dealer. But they chose to not believe me and called the other dealer to ask if they give that price to me. They were almost ending my deal because of that. So I ended up buying the car from the other dealer. Long story short... It looks like they have some nice salespersons but not good managers in this dealer. I bought VW before and have never seen this approach. It's very bad for the brand. Absolutely the last place to buy VW in the lower mainland. More
