We recently purchased a 2023 Audi Q7 from this dealership and have been extremely disappointed with the entire experience. Within a week of owning the vehicle, we discovered a large squirrel nest in the engi and have been extremely disappointed with the entire experience. Within a week of owning the vehicle, we discovered a large squirrel nest in the engine, causing extensive damage. This was particularly surprising given that we had parked the car securely in our garage and only had it for a short period. The nest appeared well-established, indicating it had likely been there for weeks or even months, and was made of hay-like materials not found in our neighborhood. When we brought this issue to the dealership's attention, they dismissed our concerns and claimed that the damage must have occurred while the car was in our possession. This response was both frustrating and unreasonable, given the circumstances. Additionally, the time the vehicle spent in the garage for repairs caused significant disruption to our daily lives. We had to arrange alternative transportation for work and other responsibilities, incurring unexpected expenses and considerable inconvenience. The stress and anxiety from this situation were substantial, and we expected more support and understanding from the dealership. While the dealership did eventually show willingness to come to a resolution, it only happened after a ton of back-and-forth communication and persistent baggering on our part. This prolonged process was exhausting and should not have been necessary for what should have been a straightforward resolution. To add to our frustration, there was considerable difficulty even with simpler issues like obtaining floor mats, which should have been easily resolved. Overall, our experience with this dealership has been highly unsatisfactory, and we cannot recommend them based on the lack of accountability, poor customer service, and the considerable distress and inconvenience we have endured. Avoid this VW dealership they are unethical and unprofessional. They first stated they would refund my deposit due to the deal cancellation then they reneged. The sad part is that my family and I h unprofessional. They first stated they would refund my deposit due to the deal cancellation then they reneged. The sad part is that my family and I have purchased many cars from Pfaff VW/Audi over the years. They would rather tarnish their reputation and forfeit future purchases for a gain of a few hundred dollars instead of refunding the deposit. One thing I am certain of is that my next auto purchase will not be with Pfaff and any of their subsidiaries. I have purchased from numerous VW dealerships across the GTA and southern Ontario over the past 30 years and will be more than happy to recommend alternatives to Pfaff - feel free to contact me. The worst experience of buying a 2022 Jetta from this dealership. They took extra 2k dollars for bumper to bumper warranty at the top of regular warranty. They installed low quality uses tires, antifreez dealership. They took extra 2k dollars for bumper to bumper warranty at the top of regular warranty. They installed low quality uses tires, antifreeze started dipping low at the start of winter. Rear brakes and rotors gone in the fourth month. Now abs,airbags lights are on and they refused to fix this under warranty and Michael the service manager gave me a quote more than what the Brampton dealership offered. This is simply pathetic. I went for a part - price check and availability. Provided my VIN number. After 20 min waiting I have to ask again the same guy the same question. I question him how long it takes to get a quote for a part, and I was told 2 min. After extra 10 min waiting I left without the info and 30 min lost time. More

Worst ever dealership experience, from dealing with Massimo in sales, to the service department and eventually escalating to the used car manager, and then the general manager, Chris Belear. I would love to buy an Alltrack Golf . Had an appointment yesterday -Saturday Jan 8- to see one of theirs . Had a phone conversation about the car before . Left side was fully painted (that nobody ever mentioned before and at the end of my visit they said the advertised price has just been lowered because of that , so they actually knew . (That ad on AutoTrader has only pictures about the left side , because the right side has dents and scratches.) I wish I checked the 100+ points certificate about the car if that mentions it or not . Had a nice comment from the sale manager saying he was already a mechanic before I even lived ,but he couldn’t explain how the original rear brake rotors would be in a 50% condition if the car has over 100k already . Maybe this is normal and the problem is with me , but imagine I drove hours to see the car and need to become as disappointed as I left the place yesterday . They said I should not worry , because they will sell the car to someone else easily . Right after the figured that I know about cars “a bit” I felt like they are doing a favour to let me walk around the car acting like I am wasting their time. Such a negative experience . This is a very difficult time for all the businesses including car dealers as well . Hope this review to find its attention to do better in the future . CLEAN CARFAX MEANS NOTHING ! More
