In addition, we were treated to a level of customer service that felt almost luxurious. We still have trouble believing we got what we wished for. Purchased used Gold TDI Earlier this year (May) I visited Volkswagen Victoria as I was looking for a used TDI. I been looking for a few months visiting different VW dealers. Earlier this year (May) I visited Volkswagen Victoria as I was looking for a used TDI. I been looking for a few months visiting different VW dealers. I settled on one of a few used cars and 6 months later I still look for excuses to drive the car. I know it is a used car and got 150km but it is without a doubt one of the nicer cars I have ever owned. The sales staff were excellent and just last month I received a call from Brent just to follow up and see how I was enjoying my car. This is something many people would not do. It's the little things that make your experience a good one and every time I stop by all the staff I deal with are very friendly and helpful. Looking for a new or used car stop by and talk to them. I'm a long time VW owner and I recommend Volkswagen Victoria. Paul Barrett More

Damaging service, no compensation provided I do not recommend bringing your car here. I took my car in for regular servicing, they told me I had an oil leak which I had repaired. Less than a mo I do not recommend bringing your car here. I took my car in for regular servicing, they told me I had an oil leak which I had repaired. Less than a month later my engine was destroyed due to a lack of oil. They took no responsibility and provided no compensation. The GM told me that these things happen to all makes of cars and models. The timing seems a little too coincidental, and we were advised by others in the industry that this was likely an error on their part. More

Not communicated that this NOT covered under factory warranty. One dishonest turn after another. More
