So far I have had 2 experiences with this dealer, being new to the Island. I went in with unevenly worn brakes that had 5,000km on them. The brakes stuttered with anything but the softest feathering. They insisted that I'd had an emergency braking situation that caused the wear. So first, I had 500km on them, as they were installed 2 weeks earlier before I left Toronto for the move west. Second, are they saying that their brakes will not take an emergency braking? My second visit was to order some touch up paint. They did not call when the paint came in and, discussing this with other VW owners, this appears to be their policy. Calling a customer when parts come in is too costly, so the customer has to call. It seems that they are excellent at putting themselves first. Looking forward to my new Subaru. More

Awful business! I had my Westfalia in for service recently, well it was in the shop they backed it into something and caused quite a lot of cosmetic damage.
