Unfortunately their after sales service is less than adequate. You tell them about issues you have been having and they don't even scan for the errors just saying they didn't notice anything. You tell them about another issue with a brand new car and they don't even put the notes in the service record or have any idea of when they can fix it or even look at the problem. To top it all off they refuse to allow you to have a shuttle lift back to work because there was no charge for warranty work and only allow use of the shuttle if you have paid for a repair. I have never experienced this lack of care from any of the many other dealers in the past. After sales service rates a big zero. More

We spoke to a rep named Raphael. He was nice to begin with when we spoke the first time but completely changed his behaviour the next time. If you have a warranty repair, you run a 50/50 chance of it actually being taken care of under warranty. My experience with this dealership has turned me off VW in general. Once (IF) I get everything actually taken care of, I'll be trading it in for another make. More
