When I picked up the new car, I only had one key, and the dealership said that since the new car was transferred from another dealership, the other key would arrive soon. I contacted the dealership every wee dealership said that since the new car was transferred from another dealership, the other key would arrive soon. I contacted the dealership every week to inquire about it, and after waiting for a month, I was told that the key had been lost and they had to order a new one. After waited another month, I finally got the second key. Meanwhile, I noticed a patch of paint chipping on the left front door when I picked up the new Jetta. The dealership said they didn't have a blue touch-up pen at the time and promised to fix it as soon as they will order one. So I contacted the dealership almost every week and they kept asking me to wait. Six months have passed, they told me that this color of touch-up pen is always out of stock.No one knows when or if it will be available. They suggested I go somewhere else to get the paint done and have the dealership pay for it, but I decided to wait. Monterey Blue Pearl is the featured color for the 2025 Jetta, and we've seen it in various media. I'm speechless that this color of touch-up paint is out of stock indefinitely. Anyways, if there is any news, I will update it at any time. More
Unfortunately their after sales service is less than adequate. You tell them about issues you have been having and they don't even scan for the errors just saying they didn't notice anything. You tell them about another issue with a brand new car and they don't even put the notes in the service record or have any idea of when they can fix it or even look at the problem. To top it all off they refuse to allow you to have a shuttle lift back to work because there was no charge for warranty work and only allow use of the shuttle if you have paid for a repair. I have never experienced this lack of care from any of the many other dealers in the past. After sales service rates a big zero. More

We spoke to a rep named Raphael. He was nice to begin with when we spoke the first time but completely changed his behaviour the next time. So many better dealerships around, this one should be avoided for sure! they lack integrity, customer service and frankly interest as well. More

I was not made to feel safe, not valued and definitely my business not appreciated, Quintessential, take advantage dealership charges at their best, but more importantly not putting the customer first and making them feel safe and valued.
