The trailer hitch i have ordered ( which is specific to the foot sweep rear door opener) has been on backorder for quite some time as it is coming from Japan. The sales people are professional and the service advisors are very courteous and knowledgeable. I would recommend this dealership to all my family and friends. Bad Experience Today : -( The customer service experience was very bad. You go to your appointment with a person, you get someone else who do not understand the background. The customer service experience was very bad. You go to your appointment with a person, you get someone else who do not understand the background. No ownership of any misunderstanding, and bad customer handling. No one picks up the phone you have to leave messages that no one is listening to. Not recommending this place to anyone. More

Service team will try to scam you!!!!!! Brought my car in for check up because it was getting vibrations when going over 120kph on the highway. I thought it might just been the wheels since Brought my car in for check up because it was getting vibrations when going over 120kph on the highway. I thought it might just been the wheels since I just changed to my winter tires, but they told me my rear propeller shaft joint is seized so it causing the back wheel to go off balance, so I need to change the shaft to a new one. It will cost me $1500 to change it. To my knowledge, the propeller shaft usually still running strong even after 100k+ clicks, and my car was under 70k clicks still. I didn't want to proceed with changing the propeller shaft, so then they told me all 4 of my wheels are off balance and needs to be balanced. I went ahead with the wheel balancing. Once its done they told me the back it still going to vibrate since the shaft is not changed. So I tested on the highway again and indeed my car still vibrates at high speed. I decided to bring my car to a private auto mechanic and he told me that the Nissan dealership mechanic might just be lying to me, and suggested me to just re-balance my wheels again. AND.............. IT FIXED THE PROBLEM. For $50 this guy fixed my car problem. At the dealership they charged me $120 for checked + $99 for wheels balance +HST, and yet they didn't fix it. It just means that they didn't even balance my wheels when they charge me for it already. These xxxxxxxx will pull out nasty trick from their sleeves just to make you spend unnecessary money. I bought the car new at this dealership too, so it just shows how much they don't care about their customers. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO THIS DEALERSHIP FOR MAINTENANCE!!! More

The guy sat next to me was there since 12.00pm and had been waiting over 4 hours with an appointment for changing his snow tires!!!! Avoid this car dealership. Worst of the worst..... More
