Be careful when buying a used car at this dealership I bought a 2009 Nissan Sentra SE-R from this dealership in January 2014. It had low mileage and was a reasonable price. I decided to test drive it and i heard some noise in the rear of the vehicle like as if something towards the rear of the car was loose. At that time, i did not have much experience buying a vehicle so i brought up the noise to the salesperson with me in the car and he said he didn't hear anything. After the test drive, i proceeded to check the trunk area and everything seemed fine to me. So i went inside and i asked to see the carproof and it came out clean - the sales manager and the sales person both assured me that the car was accident free. I was suspicious as to why it was being sold as a used vehicle and not a certified pre-owned vehicle since it seemed to be in great condition - but i decided that i was probably overthinking things. Fast forward 20 months and the noise in the trunk has gone from mild, to bad to worse. I have had this car checked with 2 body shops since and they both confirmed that this car definitely had been in an accident and was not properly fixed. There is also obvious uneven gap on either side of the trunk which i did not notice since i was only able to visit the dealership in the evenings and frankly was not very savvy at buying cars at the time. To sum things up - I am absolutely convinced the dealership knew that this was not an accident free vehicle, i was able to tell within 6 months and i was untrained. Not all accidents show up on the Carproof as not all of them are reported and go through insurance. Make sure you thoroughly check ANY used vehicle you purchase from this dealership. If you don't have experience with cars, bring someone who does and take it to a mechanic before you buy. and ABSOLUTELY check the car in the day light as its easier to notice inconsistencies. Do NOT depend on the Carproof. I never went back to this dealership to talk to them about this issue because i knew they would plead ignorance and tell me they had no reason to suspect the Carproof. Be smart, learn from my mistake. More

Edward of the Service Team kindly helped us by arranging an appointment first thing in the next morning. As my son wanted more details about the job going to be done, he called Kassim, the Service Advisor, up. Kassim patiently explained the cause and the procedures. My whole family have been loyal customers with Nissan Service for about 20 years because it is able to provide us with reliable service and honest advices. It is especially pleasant to be serviced by Edward and Kassim who are always friendly and efficient. More

My 1 year old Nissan Sentra has only 12.400km He advise me to have synthetic oil instead of regular oil. Which I believe is an excellent suggestion to protect the engine in hot summer days. I was out of there in 30 minutes.Great job. More

Brake Repairs We had brake repair on Sat. June 13, 2015. Ed did an excellent job accommodating us. We had to return the car Mon. June 15, 2015 as there was a scrap We had brake repair on Sat. I live in south Scarborough but I went up to Markham for my cars service. The main reason, the service Advisor Kassim have been clearly, Patient and Honest to explain my car issues and advised. I have been three other locations in Scarborough for service but I found out the service fee charge is the fairest.at Village Nissan. I will highly recommend for the service at this location. More

I am very disappointed this dealer. First of all my used car was not cleaned inside even they say "cleaned". When I wipe front panel(where CD, A/C is ) my cloth got black and even I found a dead xxxx roach car was not cleaned inside even they say "cleaned". When I wipe front panel(where CD, A/C is ) my cloth got black and even I found a dead xxxx roach in trunk. They never apologize this matter. Another thing is I ordered bumper to bumper rust proof. It was not covered fully and some parts are totally stained already. And those parts are not covered by most expensive warranty which I bought. I didn't noticed that but there are several parts not covered and lists are shown with tiny small area in brochure. Actually they changed my warranty from 5 years to 3 years after I signed. After I complained this to Nissan Canada, they actually terminated my free oil changes which they promised when I bought. They didn't give me any notice and they didn't answer why. Remember, everyone is nice until you sign the deal. Go another dealer. More
