Not happy, somewhat upset. I took my old FRS in to try to reduce my payments. I was offered a few test drives and decided on a Lancer of equal value ty trade, which is fine. I I took my old FRS in to try to reduce my payments. I was offered a few test drives and decided on a Lancer of equal value ty trade, which is fine. I liked this car more. They even reduced my payments by a whopping $6/month... Crazy right? The best part though? They added a year to my term, and lied about it, then hid it in the paperwork. So now I'm paying for an extra year THAT'S NOT SAVING ANY MONEY! So now I get to pay nearly 40,000 dollars for a car that's worth 22,000 at best. The sales tactics are pushier than most places, they wouldn't let me leave and guilted me until I put a deposit down. I was in a vulnerable position and was taken advantage of, don't let it happen to you too. Remember guys, you're allowed to say NO. Thanks a lot guys. Don't go here or to the Ford dealer next door, they're operated by the same staff and sold me the FRS previously mentioned for 8,000 more than our original agreement. More

It turned out to be a little beyond our budget, but once they realized this, they tried to be as flexible as possible to accommodate us and just managed to bring the car in within our budget, which we respected. At no time did they ever try to push us or talk us into financing, they were friendly, warm, helpful and completely respectful. We decided in the end that the vehicle wasn't the right fit for us and they were absolutely fine about it, offering to help us find something more suited. We would happliy recommend this dealership and the really great service we received from them. More
