Excellent Experience I purchased a new "used" vehicle from Jody recently, and I was skeptical and wary of dealerships and car dealers prior to walking into Hyundai. My exp I purchased a new "used" vehicle from Jody recently, and I was skeptical and wary of dealerships and car dealers prior to walking into Hyundai. My experience with Jody from the beginning was not a stereotypical car sales experience. He was very friendly, and not pushy with a sale. He took the time to make other suggestions that would meet the specifics I was looking for in a vehicle. What really stood out to me was that Jody spent more time with me during this experience than I would expect of a car sales person. Further, he has taken the time after my purchase to assist me further. Jody did change my perspective of buying from a dealership and in particular, what an experience with a car sales person can be. I would return in the future to purchase another vehicle through him, and would highly recommend Jody to others looking to purchase a vehicle. Thanks for making such a big purchase a good experience. I did leave a very happy customer! More

G.D.Reeves Earlier in the week, my husband had test-driven a vehicle at a competitor's lot. Then he had driven by your lot and stopped to look at a vehicle. The day we purchased the car, we started out at the competitor's lot, where the same salesperson who had previously waited on my husband approached us. He didn't remember Greg or that he had test driven anything. They seemed disinterested in our business, telling us that there were things wrong with our vehicle that we knew were untrue. They were aloof, and did not discuss any possible situations of purchasing a vehicle there. We left feeling somewhat insulted, but not sure why. In contrast, your customer service was excellent! Not one but two people recognized Greg from his previous visit and asked about our trade in vehicle. On the way home, I wanted to stop by the other place and show them our new car! People need to feel welcome, accepted, and that their needs will be met as much as possible. Your staff exemplified this with us. It was relaxed, with no pressure. The only change I would make would be to shorten the purchase procedure if possible. Rumon is a very personable young man, and a pleasure to do business with. Today's service I am very happy to say that the service I received today far exceeds the service and the way I was treated at this dealership a couple of years ago. The service was done quickly and he even arranged for my car to be washed. That has never happened before. Aaron, the car washer was terrific. All in all, a very pleasant experience. More

My experience from day 1 walking into Victoria Hyundai I have always been a bit uneasy around sales as pressure selling makes me uncomfortable. This isn't the case with Victoria Hyundai as from the moment I have always been a bit uneasy around sales as pressure selling makes me uncomfortable. This isn't the case with Victoria Hyundai as from the moment you walk in the door you are greated like a long lost friend (my dog too). From being greated by Audra and working with Indy and Shawn and Bruce I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I found that he was very friendly and helpful in order for me to get the car I was looking for and actually they had the car in stock available. I did not have to wait a week in order to see the car I was looking for. Bring me on a road test that I enjoyed. He explained me every component of the what does it do and all the good thing about. Could not have more excellent service there. Even after the work is done still asking me how I enjoy my new car. Thank you guys. More
Warranty service I had a warranty issue with the clock and key programming with my 2012 Accent. I spoke with Steve Munro while having a coffee in their waiting room. I thought he was one of the floor salesman, turns out he owns the place. He treated me with respect and was very respectful of all those that happened to walk by whether a customer or staff, alway wanting to know if he could be of some help. He assured me that his staff would make sure all of my problems would be dealt with. The problems were dealt with in a timely manor by the very friendly service department. I had an appointment and they were prepared to deal with me when I arrived even though I was fifteen minutes early. While conversing with a sales person, killing time several times the service department representative came from the service shop to keep me up-to-date with the progress on the repairs. Outstanding customer service. More

"Just something pretty" were the exact words I used when speaking with Andrew. He walked me through everything in detail and made me feel very comfortable with purchasing a car. He listened to me, explained things thoroughly and was very knowledgeable in all areas (and trust me I asked a lot of questions lol). I didn't feel like I was being sold something simply so he could make a buck. I truly felt that he believes in the product he's selling and would stand behind it 100%. It's because of the authentic and genuine approach that Andrew displayed that I felt so comfortable and excited to purchase this lovely beast that I've now named Scarlet.
