We began looking at a 5 year old vehicle with low kms (they have the best quality used vehicles!) Andrew was nothing less than helpful and understanding and informative as we waffled (yes, waffled) over our decision. It was our first "new" vehicle purchase so we were very unsure. He and Jeremy stayed late to try and find us the best deal, and we ended up bringing the vehicle home for the evening to make a more informed decision. We closed the deal the next day, and even though they made me hit the gong I couldn't be happier with our experience! Tristan and Andrew were both equally very personable and friendly, taking the time needed to talk about the exact features I was looking for in a car and having an excellent sense for finding the right product for my needs and at my price range. At no point did I feel pressured into buying something I don't need. I am impressed by the fact that all information they provided about the purchased vehicle was accurate, despite the vehicle being of a different make (Toyota Matrix). When it came down to pricing, the negociations were done in an easy, respectful manner and a common ground was quickly reached. Overall, my experience with Andrew and Tristan was positive and I recommend asking for them when going to the Victoria Hyundai dealership. More

Jody Dick car salesman who went above and beyond This is the third new vehicle that I have purchased at this dealership and over the years have purchased about a dozen news cars of different makes. This guy went overboard to make sure that everything was tended to and also to take those extra steps to make sure the experience of unbelievably pleasant and thorough. He took the extra time to drive out to my house so that my wife could see and drive in the vehicle. He took the time to make sure that he explained everything about the car to me and even after the point of sale met with me and explained things that i had forgotten. On one occasion he was at a meeting and couldn't see when i was at the dealership.When I was leaving he even ran down the street (about a block) to catch me and help with more questions that I had. This guy is exceptional and this dealership has a gem. If he ever decides to leave i would hire him in a second! In closing I have never met a more dedicated salesman; dedicated to ensuring that my experience was exceptional. More

My brother-in-law, a previous customer of Victoria Hyundai, brought us in to have a look at the Santa Fe Sport. At that time we were not thinking of purchasing a brand new vehicle. Our brother-in-law introduced us to Andrew Hubbard, the vehicle specialist. Right from the start we were refreshingly happy with the service we received from Andrew. He spent a lot of time with us showing us the features & benefits of the Santa Fe Sport Turbo. Andrew was very knowledgeable & professional at all times. Although my husband & I thought we came to Victoria to purchase a used vehicle from another dealership, we were so impressed with the Santa Fe Sport Turbo without even driving it yet, that we decided to step back & think about our decision. We didn't have time that day to test drive the Santa Fe. I have to say it was refreshing to not be pressured by Andrew or any other staff to make a purchase that day. We told Andrew we were planning a trip back to Victoria in 6 weeks & we would come back then for a test drive. Over the next couple of months Andrew contacted my husband via email to let us know about sales deals & touch base with where we were at on our journey to find a new vehicle. We let Andrew know when we were coming back to Victoria & made a specific trip to seriously consider purchasing. At that time we met Indy Brar. Indy was also friendly, professional & helpful. Buying a car ar Victoria Hyundai After 285000km on our Ford Focus my wife and I decided it was time for something new. We liked the Ford but a new Focus was too expensive. My Brother had owned a Hyundai Sonata and he spoke highly of it, and we liked the look of the Elantra, its features and its price point. We went to Victoria Hyundai and were met by Tristan who helped us decide if the car was right for us. We liked the car and struck a deal with Indy and did the financials with Jared. I'm writing this review so anyone interested in buying a new vehicle can set up an appointment with these gentlemen instead of just getting lucky like us. In all, it was a pleasant experience start to finish. We were very comfortable throughout the process and felt the guys had our interests at heart and they listened to our choices. We would certainly go back for our next vehicle. More
