Good morning, My car has been in the store for 5+ days now (Wednesday, Feb 9 2022), and when my car was admitted at the store, they told me that the repair parts should take two days to arrive - at least now (Wednesday, Feb 9 2022), and when my car was admitted at the store, they told me that the repair parts should take two days to arrive - at least the most urgent ones. I have called February 14th, 15th, and 16th, and none one can give me any information about my car. I understand that the person in charge of my car is out because of a personal issue. I don’t have any problem with that, and I understand those personal calamities. The person in charge of my ticket should be able to take as much time as they need. But as a business, procedures are essential to keep things goings regardless of personal calamities or employee issues. Delaying a repair cost clients a lot of money and time on top of the reparation. If Hyundai cannot do anything at the moment, then say so, and I can find another mechanic. We are not talking about a normal reparation work of 300 CAD. I am expecting that If I am spending 5K on a reparation at least, they have information and a likely ETA. This is the first and last time I will do anything directly with Hyundai because the service is horrible. I want to clarify that the person in charge of my car problem is not the culprit of anything. If anything is the management that obviously does not have any procedure in place for personal calamities. I would suggest revising Hyundai procedures and making the proper corrections. Obviously, there is something wrong with management at that dealership. Update 1: They just called me this morning telling me they don’t know when the parts will arrive. No idea what kind of quality assurance or procedures are followed at Hyundai, but 5+ days later, an employee should not say, “I don’t know”. That answer only aggravates the situation and muds Hyundai’s reputation. Update 2: Now the car window was broken, and things inside we're robbed. It seems that Hyundai's responsibility is as bad as its service. They don't even put the window free of charge because the car was in their care while it was broken. I won't recommend their service. We asked when the repair part was going to arrive if any. Or, if there is any note, it seems that the people there do not document cases. If the person in charge of your case wins the lottery, no one knows about your car. Again 0 procedures or responsibilities of any kind. No idea how they are where they are, but obviously, high standards and procedures are not part of any document on the business. Now I am worried about what kind of repair job my car received. I would recommend going to another place to repair your Hyundai or anything related to your vehicle. Also, they don't have the minimum procedure to try to de-escalate things or make the client happy after so many problems. I am really disappointed in Hyundai's service. More
Dan Houle was extremely helpful in finding my wife and I the perfect vehicle. I drive a lot for work and needed something with more space and better fuel economy than my wagon. Dan managed to find us a be the perfect vehicle. I drive a lot for work and needed something with more space and better fuel economy than my wagon. Dan managed to find us a beautiful Tucson right off the truck that checked all of our boxes. The connectivity in the vehicle is great for my busy work, and I love how it rates my driving and keeps me focused and safe. It's easy to drive and manoeuvre and is great on fuel. Dan never pressured us and listened to our needs. He was patient while we tested out the vehicle and talked through all of the financing options and features. Several other salespeople greeted us with friendliness during our time at the dealership and everything was very clean and professional. The financing process was easy and relatively fast, and the vehicle was immaculately cleaned and prepared for us during that time. I would recommend Victoria Hyundai to anyone shopping for a new vehicle. More

Bruce led us through the entire financial end of the process, patiently listening to us and answering all of our questions, and we came away very satisfied with everything we'd agreed upon. In addition to being knowledgeable and helpful with the finances, Bruce also owns a Kona EV, so he was able to give us some great tips and advice that made the meeting both interesting and entertaining. Thank you, Bruce! More
Thank you, Victoria Hyundai and Collin Levesque! We've heard nothing but positive reports about Victoria Hyundai since it was taken over in 2019 by the Kot family. We were impressed with our daughter's K heard nothing but positive reports about Victoria Hyundai since it was taken over in 2019 by the Kot family. We were impressed with our daughter's Kona EV, purchased there in 2019, so we decided to go on a fact-finding mission. I know that all of the salespeople at Victoria Hyundai are excellent, but we felt especially lucky that it was Collin Levesque who approached us on our first visit. From our initial conversation with him, to the day when we picked up the keys to our new vehicle, Collin was not only very knowledgeable about Kona EVs, but was thoughtful, kind and patient, guiding us through the process without making us feel rushed or pressured to make a decision. He was able to find us the perfect car in the colour we loved, and he made the entire experience a positive one for us! Rick and Heather More

This Hyundai dealership stands out for all the wrong reasons. The only one which seems unable to prefer putting in the minimum effort necessary, considering a solution such as "come recharge your A/C ev reasons. The only one which seems unable to prefer putting in the minimum effort necessary, considering a solution such as "come recharge your A/C every year" instead of finding and fixing the leak like the other Hyundai dealership I went to did. Or lying to a customer by promising they'll cover a pre-existing issue which was found during warranty after the warranty coverage period ends after they asked me to come back later with more evidence/videos (Which I did). Absolutely fraudulent service department to be avoided at all costs. More
I have never written a negative review before in my life and hope to never do so again. I waited over a month so I would be thinking clearly and rationally when writing this if I still wanted to write it at and hope to never do so again. I waited over a month so I would be thinking clearly and rationally when writing this if I still wanted to write it at all. Ultimately this was by far the worst service I have ever experienced. In summary on June 19th I had a service appointment at 8:30am in order to replace a mirror panel which was ordered in for my Sante Fe. I also brought it in to resolve a slow leak in a tire and a clicking/grinding noise that occurs when driving every few minutes. They insisted that I would have my vehicle back by 12:00 as I needed it for work for 1:00. They also generously offered a car wash and vacuum which I did not expect. I was very impressed and looked forward to the wash and vacuum. Unfortunately my car was not ready for 12:00 in fact it was not ready until closer to closing (5:30) so I had to rush to get a cab last second. They were closed the next day so I went to pick up my vehicle with my spare key only to discover that they did not give me or put on the mirror panel and they also did not wash or vacuum the vehicle as they said they would. Two minutes into my drive home the vehicle began making the exact same noise so this was also not resolved. I went in for three things. Was offered five things and ended up only actually getting one done. They charged me $273.99 for the break service they which they thought resolve the concerning noise but it did not and charged me $140 for a steering alignment which was fine. I booked a second appointment as I still needed the mirror panel that they had and still needed the clicking noise resolved. The very soonest that they could book me in was July 7th (nearly three weeks later) which I thought was ridiculous as they did not resolve the problem that was making my vehicle seemingly unsafe to drive but I accepted. Days before the second appointment my engine light came on so I called hoping to get in sooner but was met with laughter from the receptionist who said there is no way that they could accommodate given the immediacy. This time I asked if a wash and or vacuum might be possible given it was offered and did not happen last appointment. They said yes of course, not a problem at all. They ended up being once again unable to resolve the clicking/grinding noise which was my main concern from the get go so I still feel unsafe driving my vehicle. Separately they decided to run an engine diagnostic ($132) and concluded that the engine light problem was an oil control valve that needed replacing. This would cost me $313 for the valve and $211 for the service instalment. They were also going to charge me to clip on the mirror panel in which I insisted that they leave it in my car for me to clip on. It took me under 5 seconds to do so. For the second time no car wash or vacuum took place and no acknowledgement of it took place at all. Before the appointment we set up a shuttle ride to get me home and back to Hyundai which was fine until the pick up shuttle did not arrive. I was stressed as I was in a time crunch to get to work prior to the no show and so I called and the shuttle driver had apparently gone home and nobody bothered to contact me at all. I ended up being late for work because of this and again no apology was made referencing this error. It was an unbelievably disappointing experience. I hope I was a one off but incase I strongly recommend avoiding this particular Hyundai (Victoria) as I have experienced other Hyundai locations that were truly wonderful. More
