Good All Around Sales Team I searched all the local Nissan dealerships, and was treated rudely at one of them. Another one wouldn't drop their price one cent, or negotiate at all. The third one was like out a clip from the movie "Used Cars"...then I called Bill at Vickar. Fast, efficient, cut right to the point, asked me what options I wanted, he put together a price, and within a day we had a deal. I'm a busy man and have no time to waste, playing the game. Bill understood that, and I ordered the truck from Vickar. Thanks bill.... More

Bad Service Took a Sentra there for a diagnostic procedure($112) to find out why it wasn't starting. We had already paid $300.00 to a local mechanic to change a s Took a Sentra there for a diagnostic procedure($112) to find out why it wasn't starting. We had already paid $300.00 to a local mechanic to change a sensor which did not fix the problem. They said it was a fuel pump and regulator , so for another $600.00 we changed it. Still the same problem. We even had it towed when we couldn't start it for the umpteenth time. They maintained that it would start for them but the final time we were there when they tried to start it and guess what? they couldn't start it!! It finally fired and they now diagnosed it as a timing chain for another $1300. The service manager would not cover the previous bill saying that it could always be a "couple of problems". I don't have a machine that prints money and can't afford to pay for their errors in diagnosing the problem. He asked us to leave his office cuz we were angry!! Good riddance!!! More

A local mechanic changed a sensor in the mass air flow system but to no avail. He took out the part, and did not bill me because he said he didn't fix anything. I then booked an appt at Vickar Nissan and told them about this. They changed the same component, gave me a bill for $728, only to have it buck and stall on the way home. They would not rescind any part of the bill and the so called Service Manager's response was that I should have bought extended warranty. I spoke with the Manager the ff day but got more excuses why they could not rescind even a portion of the bill. He did say he would talk to the owner and get back to me that same afternoon. Three days later and still no call. I have never had such a horrendous experience with a vehicle in over 50 yrs of driving. My advice - STAY AWAY!!!!! More
