The Outlander was in for two recalls. I also requested a synthetic oil change that was on sale. The service advisor provided an approximate time the vehicle would be ready. Provided an update to tell me the oil change was done and they were working on the recalls. Mentioned one recall was taking a bit longer and they had to be careful when performing it. Topped up the nitrogen in tires as requested, performed a wheel alignment check and provided a free exterior wash. The Service Advisor was attentive and curtious. This service experience was very positive. More
