Bought a 2021 Envision Avenir late Nov, less than 4 months later loud banging in front end, told sway bar and knuckle are bad, dealer wouldn't take responsibility only told it passes safety, now weeks months later loud banging in front end, told sway bar and knuckle are bad, dealer wouldn't take responsibility only told it passes safety, now weeks after getting back lound banging in rear and I can see sway bar in the rear totally disconnected and bolt missing so now needs to go back again to see what other damage it has and pay another $200 deductible as they will again not take responsibility. They sold me a lemon and could care less after the sale. I would NEVER recommend Vickar Chevrolet to anyone at this point, very disappointed More

We have just purchased a brand new Equinox and first time from Vicar Chevrolet and the buying experience was more than fantastic. Clyde Bacalla was very understanding of our needs and did not try to tell us from Vicar Chevrolet and the buying experience was more than fantastic. Clyde Bacalla was very understanding of our needs and did not try to tell us what was best for us but listened and every time we had a question if he did not have the answer he told us he will find out the answer from someone who would know in the dealership, which he did and obviously they are very knowledgeable in the dealership as a whole because we always got an answer. He was very professional, understanding, courteous, kind and personable. Then when it came to Nic Sutherland explaining all the functions of the vehicle that was an experience like no other. What a patient man and knowledgeable beyond belief, the man should be a teacher. He walked us through every function of the SUV and believe me he had to go over everything more than once as both me and my wife are not exactly computer savvy, so let me tell you he earned his salary and more that day. Wow! What an experience and what a vehicle we love it and the service we received was more than excellent it was extraordinary. I know if I ever want to have someone explain anything I only hope that they are someone like Nic. Again an individual that was very professional, patient beyond belief, courteous kind and personable very satisfied with our whole experience. Shirley from finance was very helpful and also knowledgeable, patient and understanding, explained everything in great detail but also in layman terms so that it was easy to understand. I traveled from out of province for a truck, I live several hours from the location so I had to take the salesmen’s word on a lot of things. When I got there it wasn’t what it was cracked up to be. But the sales manager over sold the truck. Lying about several details. I was still very interested in the vehicle without him lying about it. But hey that’s a cars salesman right. The sales person I dealt with was friendly and fairly honest for his experience, no complaints about him. I still feel I got the vehicle at a reasonable price. But I feel like I was lied to by the sales manager. Truck was also very dirty. Had to have it detailed once I got home. Overall. So far I’m Happy with the truck. Not happy with the sales manager More
