Love my new-to-me car! When I arrived on the car lot to check out vehicles, I had an open mind and wasn't sure if I wanted to purchase something new or used. Blair approached in a friendly manner and he wasn't pushy - listened to my 'list' of needs for a vehcile and walked me through both the new and used cars, pointing out the benefits of each one in comparison to my list. Blair was flexible and honest, and when there was something he wasn't sure of he wasn't afraid to say he didn't know but he would find out. Blair kept to his word and called back when he said he would and he went above and beyond to get me an extended test drive. The whole team at Vernon VW was excited to get me into my new ride and I would definitely recommend their sales department. More

My vehicle was thoroughly gone over and tuned up to near new condition when I picked it up. Obvious attention to detail from the shop crew :) Also the finance worker Kelsie, found me a very affordable payment plan... all in all it was a good experience and when Im ready to purchase a new vehicle I won't hesitate to putting Stacie to work to find me exactly what I want. BAD Service My son bought a car , a VW Touareg , for me at the local auction while I was away in Africa, it looked in excellent condition, and he found out from a My son bought a car , a VW Touareg , for me at the local auction while I was away in Africa, it looked in excellent condition, and he found out from a friend of his , before we bought it, that worked at Vernon VW in the shop that the dealer had done a ton of work on it including dropping the engine to replace the A/C Condenser and much more.... When I picked it up, the vehicle was running rough and exhaust was getting inside the cabin, I brought it to Vernon VW, and Sam said it wasn't their fault, even though the previous owner had just spent between 7-10K on it as had the insurance company after it was hit in the front corner, he said " No warranty, we sent it to auction and wanted to wipe our hands of it", shunning any responsibility or warranty. The car ventilation system brings in Carbon monoxide gas, and Sam is fine with that...I told him it is not a mechanical, its a health and safety issue, he said sell the vehicle, we wont warranty our work, because we didnt do it for you, we did it for the other owner, and they will not produce ANYTHING in writing showing that their warranty on labor and genuine VW parts is not transferable. I paid over $600 and they still never fixed it. After a big blow up, they told me to leave the shop yesterday and then changed their minds, took the keys back and said they would try and figure out the problem. This is all after a yelling match, when the general manager cusse me out, incl. the wonderful F word... I requested an oil change, and asked Tyler in advance the cost for that, and he said between $180-$200, The did nothing but charge me an hour labor for looking for the exhaust leak, and telling me to use the in car re circulation button for the ventilation, and dont bring in the air and exhaust from the outside. When I picked the car up, the charged me exactly DOUBLE what they quoted, I have never in my life paid $400 for an OIL change ( plus the .8hr diag charge) , I drive an S class and ML, and never paid anywhere near that to Mercedes, and they have to remove the whole lower panels to change my oil, which I normally pay around $200 for... I have to say I am thoroughly disgusted and dont recommend anyone to go there for service, if you need to get EVERYTHING in writing first ! I wouldnt take my wheelbarrow there ! More
