Extreme Disappointment I took my 09' Nissan Murano (150,000km) into Vernon Nissan as it was revving to high and my fuel mileage is outrageous . They told me I had to do an E I took my 09' Nissan Murano (150,000km) into Vernon Nissan as it was revving to high and my fuel mileage is outrageous . They told me I had to do an EMC update for $160. I thought this was a great, efficient and cheap fix. When I got to Nissan they tried charging me $300. I was slightly reluctant to pay, so they gave me a slight discount. I was pleased and thankful for the discount for some strange reason. However, this did not fix the problem. So I took it back and talked to Matt, which at the time seemed to be like a good guy. He told me that they will have to fix the ambient air temperature and the vehicle will be fixed. I was in doubt, so he told me he will fix it, I will be able to drive it and if I wasn't happy, the bill would be free. I was in shock that a service department would even think to do that. So, I got the service done. But when I got back to pick it up, I had to pay $375 for the part...OK I was fine with this! The balance owing was $220. Well the SUV is still running no different, in fact my fuel mileage is worse. So, Matt the great guy I thought he was called and asked how the vehicle was running. I told him that I have paid $600 and the SUV's gas mileage is actually worse. He did not believe me, yelled at me that he fixed it, then hung up the phone on me. Extremely professional!?!?! I did end up paying the extra $220 which equals $800 total for speculation on my vehicle. Nothing is fixed on my vehicle and I would have paid whatever, just to have it fixed and drive properly!! I am extremely disappointed in Vernon Nissan, and Nissan in general and would not recommend this Dealer to anyone! I should have sold my Nissan long ago! Sincerely, Justin Baillargeon More

Decided on a PRO 4X, but could find one locally that fit our budget. Through Kijiji, located a new 2017 PRO 4X at Vernon Nissan. Contacted the dealership via e-mail, and received an immediate response. After several telephone calls and e-mails between ourselves and Jerrit Lindgren GM, Rick August Sales Rep and Christine Reimer Business Manager, we were on a plane headed to Vernon to complete our deal. Can't say enough about Jerrit and staff, totally professional and helpful, made all aspects of the experience positive. Would definitely recommend Vernon Nissan! More

I had so much fun I went to look at cars (with my Aunt) about a week ago. Our intention was to price out cars that day, not to buy. We checked out a few dealerships a I went to look at cars (with my Aunt) about a week ago. Our intention was to price out cars that day, not to buy. We checked out a few dealerships and then went to Nissan. We found a car in our price range, that I absolutely loved. So we went in to look for a sales representive. Chad came out of his office with a huge smile and warm demeanor. We were at ease right away. We went on a test ride, talked for a bit in his office about the car in detail. Chad answered ALL our questions and never made us feel like a bother. Chad offered us choices, but never tried to upsell us ( I really appreciated that). I truly have never ever had so much fun buying a car, nor have I ever laughed so much. My Aunt and I had such a good time, I would highly recommend going to Nissan. All the staff was accommodating and pleasant. They were all very knowledgeable in their positions. I'm definately one very very happy customer. Thank you everyone at Nissan!!! The sales rep I spoke with, was kind and professional thu out . The entire staff brought about a hometown feel, something u don't get to experience to often in the big city. We saw a vehicle online , inquired about it and since we from out of town , he sent me a detailed video along with the service records of the vehicle . I had never made an offer for a vehicle without inspection , but he assured me, there was no commitment if ur not completely satisfied . We headed out on a 400km trek and as advertised they delivered . Never had such an enjoyable purchase experience as we did with Vernon Nissan . It has restored our faith the car industry because of this Dealership, and would recommend anyone out of town considering buying a car,its worth the drive . Thanks again Vernon Nissan. More
