A good idea to avoid this dealership. My last 3 service appointments were a complete disaster, from having terrible oil changes (vehicle was left a complete mess under the hood to having My last 3 service appointments were a complete disaster, from having terrible oil changes (vehicle was left a complete mess under the hood to having tires changed over and they installed completely the wrong tires and rims. We had virtually new tires and wheels (3400 kms on them) which they were storing for us and when it came time to put the winters back on they install basically worn out tires and steel wheels. When I said they were not my tires service said of course they are (took them over an hour to find my tires and then another 1hour to install. The vehicle also has warranty issues which they simply refuse to deal with. Terrible dealership. More
Could not be a worse dealership anywhere. Completely & utterly incompetent, unprofessional, liars & crooks. I bought a new car @ this dealership. The car was not ready for me when I came to pick it up utterly incompetent, unprofessional, liars & crooks. I bought a new car @ this dealership. The car was not ready for me when I came to pick it up & had to wait over an hour. Car was dirty on the inside when it was handed over to me. There was minor damage on the body that they lied about not knowing about. The driver’s windshield wiper did not not work & the salesman was unbelievably rude to us when we brought it back to have it replaced. Even worse than this was that the engine block had rat, mouse & marmot xxxx & xxxx all over it (already mentioned that the car was not cleaned for me when I came to pick it up). This xxxxxxxxx has damaged the surface of the engine part. We told them we wanted it fixed. The manager lied to us & said he did not get the message that we had called him. They said it was an $8,000 repair & refused to do it. So we were charged full price for a car with $8,000 damage. It is beyond belief that a dealership could be so incompetent, unprofessional & dishonest. Steer clear away from this dealership. They have absolutely terrible business practices. More

I didn't buy my current Santa Fe Sport from Vernon Hyundai, but since moving here have entrusted them with all servicing. They are excellent, and keep very much to their schedule and the length of tim Hyundai, but since moving here have entrusted them with all servicing. Cars are an expensive outlay, and they need the kind of attention that Vernon Hyundai pay to their customer vehicles.. More

I've been dealing with Vernon Hyundai since 2013 and have found them to be an excellent dealership. The service department is friendly and helpful. Misleading Decided a Venue was the best fit for my mom. Bought a black one because Justin checked and said there were no blue Ultimates available in BC mainland. After purchasing, I checked online and in five minutes found 3 in Vancouver area. Phoned and confirmed model and availability. Also found their prices were less. After confronting Justin, I am still not sure how he feels he was not misleading. We are now stuck with a black Venue, my mom’s third choice of color. I call the sales pitch dishonest. You can agree or not. Hope this information helps. Thanks. More
