Purchasing a new Lincoln Nautilus It was mid June my wife Cecelia and I were driving home from Calgary, We decided to stop at Knight Ford to check over the inventory of 2018 Lincoln MK It was mid June my wife Cecelia and I were driving home from Calgary, We decided to stop at Knight Ford to check over the inventory of 2018 Lincoln MKX's. We were unable to find a vehicle to our satisfaction. During this visit we met Don Butchko and had a great visit at that time, Don and I discussed ordering a 2019 Lincoln Nautilus, when the new model was available to be ordered. Mid July I received a phone call from Don inviting us to come to the dealer ship and further discuss the order. We ordered a Lincoln Nautilus at that time and it was delivered early November. It was a wonderful experience dealing with Don, Lawton and Misty on the purchase and delivery of our new Lincoln Nautilus. Later tonight after driving our Nautilaus home, I received a phone call from Don wondering if we had made our way back home to Regina safely and also inquiring if we had any concerns that he had not addressed early that day. I am looking forward to getting our service work done at Knight Ford and Lincoln. We would highly recommend Knight Ford and Lincoln as a very friendly and caring place to do business.
