I bought a Lincoln Aviator 2024 on December 2025, 3 months ago. Initially everything went well, the car had a broken fender before purchase that the dealership told me would be ordered and replaced, ot months ago. Initially everything went well, the car had a broken fender before purchase that the dealership told me would be ordered and replaced, otherwise no issues with the car, so no big deal, went ahead with the purchase of the car. And patiently waited for the part to show up. Within a day of buying the car, all the lights on the dashboard came up after starting the car, stating problems with all the traction systems. They swapped the car battery and called it fixed (it wasn't, more on this later). In addition to that, 2 of the tires where installed with the wrong side towards the sidewall (inside label on the outside), they remounted and balanced the tires for free to fix their own mistake. A month later, as I was never called about my fender piece, went into the dealership with a different issue with the car, and it turns out they forgot to order the part. This should have been red flag number 1. They did order the part that day, and changed it within the week. In addition to that, the drivers door lock button didn't consistently work, so they took a look at it, ordered a new one to replace, and told me they'd call me when the parts came in, they eventually did, replaced it, and it still didn't work correctly. Once again, I had to come in for service as the dashboard lit up once again stating issues with traction control, ABS, hill assist and so (the problem that was already "fixed" by changing the battery according to them). Turns out they missdiagnosed it the first time and it was a damaged wheel hub sensor, eventually it was fixed after leaving the car in a while week in the dealership. In the meantime, as my door lock button didn't work, they once again reprogrammed and checked it. (It still doesn't work properly). Later, one of the speakers on the front passenger door started rattling specifically at 650 hz, so I brought the car in once again. Once again they "fixed" it, by adding felt and saying it was the door vibrating, while writing on the report that the rattle was at 100 Hz, a completely different frequency from my complaint. Once again, after I received the car, the problem was not fixed, the speaker was distorting same as it was before, and now they had to order a new one because once again, they misdiagnosed the issue. In the meantime, they once again checked the driver door lock button, as it still doesn't work consistently, and they still have no clue what it is. To make things worse, I asked them to check a line not working in the rear defroster, turned out to be scratched from the inside, so nothing to do with warranty (no big deal) but now after their "diagnosis" the whole rear defroster stopped working, as they probably left it disconnected, so a small issue, turned into a whole system of the car not working. So far every single issue the car has had has been misdiagnosed and I've had to bring the car at least twice for every single issue. Honestly if it wasn't because the car has a warranty I would avoid them completely, I don't trust their service or diagnostic skills, and I'm also filing a complaint with Ford Canada. Only good thing is I haven't had to pay a dollar for any of this as the car warranty has paid for all of it, and the car has been washed by them every single time, but I shouldn't have to waste my time going in twice and not having a car for days at a time because of the incompetency of the service department. My issues haven't been about the car, every used car can have issues and small problems here and there. My issues is with the way Velocity Ford has handled the problems and the amount of mistakes they've made with relatively simple complaints. If they can not handle small issues correctly, I can not imagine how much they screw up when cars are brought in with real problems. TLDR. Sales department is great, but service department is incompetent and you'll need to bring your car over and over for the same issues. More

Weather got crappy as I reached the point of needing to do an oil change and tire rotation. The quick lane isn't really a quick lane, had to book an appointment. But I'm thankful they got me in a few days do an oil change and tire rotation. The quick lane isn't really a quick lane, had to book an appointment. But I'm thankful they got me in a few days down the road. Got there, and they apologized that they were far behind. Estimated it wouldn't be ready for a couple hours. No big deal. Went for a walk and grabbed a coffee, went on a further walk despite the cold and got a haircut. By the time I got back, they were just pulling my car out of the shop. Little flustered I get asked to review everytime I get any type of work done, but that's a small price to pay when I wasn't wanting to do the work myself in the cold. Got to witness them swapping a flat tire for a spare for a little ol' lady, free of charge. From my understanding, they didn't have her specific tire - and she wanted to get to Regina. Admirable of them not to charge her. Anyways, next time I get asked to do a review - they'll either have to risk getting less than five stars, just because they asked, or set me up with a cute date. Their call. I'll always recommend Velocity Ford to any Ford Owner's I know. Much appreciated. More
