Hearing of the new management, I am pleased to have come back to Vaughan Chrysler and experience a seem less buying process with Stefano Iacobelli. Not only did he make myself and wife feel very comfortable, he found the exact car we were looking for in a time frame that accomodated us. He also came on our delivery date not feeling well and that for us is a true example of client services. We were please to have dealt with Anthony Pelleriti who got the delivery process underway with great energy and answered all our question in the absence of Stefano whom came towards the end of the pick up. Lastly, Daina Miller dealt with our finance extremely professional but yet personable in which we had a comprehensive understanding as she went through everything step by step. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE !! This is the worst service manager I have ever come across in my life . I own a few Chryslers and dodges vehicles. I ask to speak to the service manager I call to speak to him like one thousands time and he never answer not one phone call. so I went in to the dealership and ask for him to get my vehicle fix its still under warranty . He was not very helpful like he don't give a xxxx and just toss the problems to his employees walking away. He has no customer service at all. I am very upset that a manager would treat people this way . I would never recommend this service to anyone. More
