Not the best experience in buying a vehicle I purchased a used jeep from this dealership, my sales associate was not very knowledgable or willing to sit down and talk pricing. Upon agreement of I purchased a used jeep from this dealership, my sales associate was not very knowledgable or willing to sit down and talk pricing. Upon agreement of purchasing the vehicle I asked for the scratched roof to be fixed, which it was, a toolkit that was missing to be supplied, which it was, but, they did not replace a bent bolt for the roof that I asked for until we noticed it wasn't replaced. I also asked for the seats to be shampooed because they were dirty. I was told they used they used the strongest cleaning chemicals on the market but could not remove the stains. I brought it home and used a Bissell on all the seats myself and they came out looking brand new. I have doubts the seats were even cleaned. I had a poor experience buying my jeep and felt unsettled leaving the dealership after my purchase. More

The most efficient car buying experience I've ever had I was in the market for a new minivan. Having visited Honda, Toyota and another Dodge dealer, I decided to check out a few others and was fortunate e I was in the market for a new minivan. Having visited Honda, Toyota and another Dodge dealer, I decided to check out a few others and was fortunate enough to meet Sherry Eskes - who has to be the most efficient sales person I've ever met. She didn't waste a moment - but I never felt rushed for a second. After specifying the features I wanted, I was presented with at least 5 vehicles that met the description and one was pulled out for viewing in less than 5 minutes. Sherry sat down with me and quickly whittled down my options. She immediately went to management, got me the best price that she could and in her first ask got me exactly what I needed in terms of price ( I just asked for the best price) - there was no haggling necessary - they gave me their best price right off the mark (thousands less than the other dealers quoted me and without any games). So I made an appointment to purchase two days later (having to confer with the boss/wife) and after 30 more minutes with Daina and zero pressure on the upsell, we were done. I estimate I spent less than and hour and a half total. I've already referred a colleague to them. There was not one second where I felt pressured or rushed - they worked at my pace and were intuitive enough to see I was moving quickly. I'm very pleased with the group at Vaughan Chrysler. More
