What a Quick and Easy Purchase At Vaughan Chrysle I called Vaughan Chrysler after looking at their inventory online. I spoke to Sirous Azimi over the phone. A short time later I was buying a 2015 Chry I called Vaughan Chrysler after looking at their inventory online. I spoke to Sirous Azimi over the phone. A short time later I was buying a 2015 Chrysler T&C. I had never met Sirous or spoken to him before, however I felt comfortable and at ease with him immediately. He is very professional and knowledgeable. I later received a call from Daina. She was also very polite and not pushy (which I appreciated) with the additional services offered, warranty / rust coating. Her demeanour and people skills were the defining factor in me purchasing the rust and under coating. Had he of been pushy or not as personable I would of definitely went with another product, Known or otherwise. When I came to pick up the vehicle and met Sirous I had some additional questions regarding total price, service etc. He was patient and went through everything with me. Which I appreciated. Not the best experience in buying a vehicle I purchased a used jeep from this dealership, my sales associate was not very knowledgable or willing to sit down and talk pricing. Upon agreement of I purchased a used jeep from this dealership, my sales associate was not very knowledgable or willing to sit down and talk pricing. Upon agreement of purchasing the vehicle I asked for the scratched roof to be fixed, which it was, a toolkit that was missing to be supplied, which it was, but, they did not replace a bent bolt for the roof that I asked for until we noticed it wasn't replaced. I also asked for the seats to be shampooed because they were dirty. I was told they used they used the strongest cleaning chemicals on the market but could not remove the stains. I brought it home and used a Bissell on all the seats myself and they came out looking brand new. I have doubts the seats were even cleaned. I had a poor experience buying my jeep and felt unsettled leaving the dealership after my purchase. More
