I called Vaughan Chrysler and spoke with Sirous Azimi. From the initial conversation, Sirous dealt with us in a very professional and courteous manner and encouraged us to come visit the dealership to better assist us. During our visit, we test drove the Jeep Grand Cherokee and the Jeep Compass. Sirous was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions genuinely. In contrast to other dealerships we had visited before, Sirous was not pushy at all and we felt that he truly cared about meeting our needs. He demonstrated excellent costumer service and we really appreciated his honesty. We compared and discussed several options and we decided to purchase a Grand Cherokee for our family.
