However, I was not expecting the level of service and care that I received from Sirous and Mike. Both put every effort into getting me into the exact truck I wanted, with the exact budget I could work with. Mike went out of his way to ensure he could get me the best possible deal he could and Sirous ensured I was kept up to date through out the entire sales purchase. The process was transparent, very smooth and easy, open and Mike took the time to explain every detail of the agreement and even provided guidance on my overall finances which was greatly appreciated, while Sirous took the time to give me the details and specs of my truck and sat with me and gave me a detailed walk through of the options/features and how everything worked! I was greatly impressed with these two employees which makes me impressed with this dealership. I traveled from out of town to come here and I have no regrets, this was the best experience buying a vehicle that I've had to date! I will definitely recommend this dealership without hesitation because of my experience with these two employees. And I could not be happier with my truck! This dealership will be my first choice when I am ready for another purchase! More

When we described what we wanted to the salesperson he actually listened to us! he did not try to convince us to buy something we did not really need. He actually managed to find us an excellent deal which suited both our budget and our wants! I know I will be going back to look for this salesperson when it comes time to replace my second vehicle. we really enjoyed the experience! The finance staff were excellent as well. they explained everything very clearly and went through all the other options we could be interested in. More

I did some shopping around and Sirous was the most pleasant and knowledgeable I had dealt with. North York location didn't even seem like they wanted to sell me anything (morons)! Anyways I had a couple sit downs with him and he guided me into the perfect vehicle for me (2016 Ram 1500 Sport - Loaded) Advised me on some savings I could get and got me incredibly close to the lowball number I threw at him! I was shocked and super pleased! Don't waste your time with any other Chrysler trust me! Sirous is the man and the staff that I briefly encountered while there were also wonderful!
