Disappointed The sales experience was great. Very friendly and seemed genuine. However they lost one of the keys to my car so I only received one at pick up. The The sales experience was great. The promised to order me a new key. 3 weeks later they called to say the key was in and for me to come pick it up and get it programmed. I live about 70kms from their location, about an hours drive. Due to work, hockey, family, and holiday commitments I was not able to go out there. After some discussions they finally agreed to send me the key on Dec 10. By Jan 3rd it still hadn't arrived. I was assured it was shipped, in writing! When I asked for a tracking number I received no response. The next day the key arrived by same day courier. Obviously it was not shipped on Dec 10th. I understand mistakes can be made and details over looked. But I do expect honesty. I am very disappointed that they were not honest with me. More

Professional, polite and comfortable I was looking for a specific Dodge Journey. It had sold the day prior to my visit. Sherry mentioned that she had one more 2016 which had additional op I was looking for a specific Dodge Journey. It had sold the day prior to my visit. Sherry mentioned that she had one more 2016 which had additional options. So I decided to keep my appointment, visited and was sold once I drove it. Excellent Customer Service - True Professionals First I'd like to say, I'm not an easy customer as I ask a million questions, do comparison shopping and generally put the sales team to the test as I First I'd like to say, I'm not an easy customer as I ask a million questions, do comparison shopping and generally put the sales team to the test as I do a lot of research before deciding to purchase a vehicle. Sherry was absolutely terrific and a pleasure to deal with. She not only was able to keep up with all of my questions, her attitude, style and personality is what got me to return. I visited about 6 different Chrysler / Dodge dealerships looking for the right car and the only place I wanted to return to was Vaughn Chrysler. Not only did I hit her with car questions, I had some tough service questions as well and she answered them all in stride.
