She did everything from filling out all the paperwork to recharging the car battery in the snow so I could take the car for a test drive. The car is a Ford Focus and a trade-in, not a brand this dealership usually sells, but somehow she new all the ins and outs of the car. Sherry's friendly and informed, and I'm glad she was there to help me switch over from my 19 year old car to a great 2014 one! More

Amazing Service!!! I factory ordered a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Sirous. It took only 4 weeks for the vehicle to come in. Exactly the way I wanted it. I had a bit of I factory ordered a 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Sirous. It took only 4 weeks for the vehicle to come in. Exactly the way I wanted it. I had a bit of an issue with the leasing approval but Sirous went over and above the call of duty to make this happen for me. I am a mortgage broker for TD and I know it can be hard at times for people to be approved but Sirous won't take NO as an answer. Real gentleman he is. I'll be sure to come and see you for any other vehicles. More

Disappointed The sales experience was great. Very friendly and seemed genuine. However they lost one of the keys to my car so I only received one at pick up. The The sales experience was great. Very friendly and seemed genuine. However they lost one of the keys to my car so I only received one at pick up. The promised to order me a new key. 3 weeks later they called to say the key was in and for me to come pick it up and get it programmed. I live about 70kms from their location, about an hours drive. Due to work, hockey, family, and holiday commitments I was not able to go out there. After some discussions they finally agreed to send me the key on Dec 10. By Jan 3rd it still hadn't arrived. I was assured it was shipped, in writing! When I asked for a tracking number I received no response. The next day the key arrived by same day courier. Obviously it was not shipped on Dec 10th. I understand mistakes can be made and details over looked. But I do expect honesty. I am very disappointed that they were not honest with me. More
